Rocky Linux from CIQ - Hardened

Enterprise Linux optimized for stringent security requirements

This month, we will release a tech preview of Rocky Linux from CIQ - Hardened (RLC-H), a trusted version of Enterprise Linux that is delivered securely, configured correctly, always up to date, and proactively protects apps and services from malicious threats.

On March 19, we will host a tech session where the team will walk through the distro and talk about how we built it. We will talk through some of the key advancements including:

• System Level Hardening: How RLC-H minimizes zero-day and CVE risks by eliminating many of the potential attack surfaces and common exploit vectors.
• Accelerated Risk Mitigation: How RLC-H addresses security threats ahead of standard updates, significantly reducing exposure time.
  Advanced Threat Detection: How RLC-H Detects sophisticated intrusions that evade traditional security with Linux Kernel Runtime Guard (LKRG).
• Simple Deployment: Delivers pre-hardened systems, saving time and resources on security configurations.

We’ll also walk through some particulars around the secure supply chain we use to deliver RLC-H.
